RECRUITMENT Premier LEAGUE - Round 2
Guidelines
Round 2 of the RECRUITMENT PREMIER LEAGUE starts today, 1st of August and the last date of submission will be 24th August.
This Round 2 of the RECRUITMENT PREMIER LEAGUE will consists of 5 questions
with 20 weightage points each.
This round is focused on recruitment strategies and designed to assess a candidate’s ability to think critically and solve problems. There is no right answer, participants need to demonstrate their ability to think strategically and to develop creative solutions. They also need to be able to communicate their ideas clearly and concisely.
Points scored will be based on 5 parameters namely:
Uniqueness
Ease of implementation
Effectiveness
Creativity in presentation skills
Sustainability
As per the criteria mentioned above; plagiarism in the form of same or similar responses provided by the contestant will lead to less or no scores.
Marking system – A 5 member panel will evaluate your responses and submissions and rate it
It is advised to save all the answers at one place (i.e. Word/Notepad) and submit all at once so as to avoid any loss of data.
Points leader board will be updated after every round.
Key Dates to Remember:
Round 1 Open: 8th July to 27th July (20 days)
Round 2 Open: 1st Aug to 24th Aug (24 days)
