It is a Recruitment Contest conducted by Recruiting ADDA (formally Sourcing ADDA).
We’ve been hosting this on a yearly basis. Over the years we’ve transformed the nature of the questions and the names. The first one was called a Sourcing Contest, then Sourcing Premier League (SPL) and now Recruitment Premier League (RPL)

You only need a Laptop or a PC, a good internet connection, Google Search and access to your active LinkedIn A/c to participate

Round 1 & Round 2 of the contest will be conducted online, so you can participate in it remotely or from anywhere.
Top 10 contestants from Round 1 & 2 will gain entry to the final round 3 TBD

Any person from the TA / Sourcing / Recruitment or HR background or anyone who wishes to test their sourcing, internet research and recruitment skills can participate.

It is a Recruitment Contest that has sourcing, internet research and recruitment related questions. The questions are designed to test the above mentioned skills. And a lot more variety of questions; are in store for the qualifiers.

There will be 3 Levels that are varying in difficulty and that are designed for the all round development of the participants.

Round 1 Open: 1st July to 20th July (20 days)
Round 2 Open: 25th July to 17th August 2024 (24 days)
Round 3: at TASCON
